Please, verify and remove from the tier:

- ftp://hal.csd.auth.gr/gnupg/  - redirect to http://gnupg.unixmexico.org/ftp/ which is already listed
- ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/ - only produces timeout
- ftp://mirror.switch.ch/mirror/gnupg/ - redirects to http://mirrors.rootmode.com/ftp.gnupg.org/ which prompts for login
-  http://mirrors.rootmode.com/ftp.gnupg.org/ - prompts for login

Additionally:
