As summary says, the changlog mentions that it was supposed to be marked stable
on Feb27 but the ebuild still has ~x86 in the keywords. 

I was under the impression the portage tree freeze was over to bring it more
up-to-date before the 1.4final release.  It would be nice if the 3.0 version was
not marked unstable any longer, its been six months since it made its debut in
portage.
