Description Sascha G. 2007-05-07 18:02:37 UTC
Ocaml-3.09.3-r1 automagically depends on sys-libs/gdbm:

$ ldd /usr/lib/ocaml/stublibs/dllmldbm.so
	linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0x4f945000)
	libgdbm_compat.so.3 => /usr/lib/libgdbm_compat.so.3 (0x4f931000)
	libgdbm.so.3 => /usr/lib/libgdbm.so.3 (0x4f92a000)
	libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x4f811000)
	/lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x138dd000)

If gdbm is not installed before emerging Ocaml, dllmldbm.so (and several other files) do not get created.

fixed, thanks. It had also automagics on ncurses and libX11, nice catch ;)
