It seems bidiv 1.5 is out but in portage there is still only version 1.4.
I copied the bidiv-1.4.ebuild to bidiv-1.5.ebuild and after ebuild --digest emerged passed without a program.

Reproducible: Always

@cjk, I fixed metadata.xml from 'middle-east' to 'cjk' and while doing that, version bumped it per users request on IRC.
