1. Get error with --target ${T}.  Installer says to use -target.  Tried changing
to -target and got error from Loki installer about no UI drivers.  Took out and
got passed that error.
2. Get error finding /mnt/cdrom.  The ebuild WILL give me message if not
mounted.  Mounted, the Loki installer gives an error to mount cd.  Change
SETUP_CDROM= in ebuild to SETUP_CDROM=/mnt/cdrom and then works.
