sys-fs/inotify-tools doesn't install all the documentation that is relevant and available in the tarball into /usr/share/doc with dodoc.

src_install has
dodoc NEWS AUTHORS

but ChangeLog is available as well, which is highly more useful than the NEWS file that just says "inotify-tools begun".

Please adjust the dodoc line to:
dodoc AUTHORS ChangeLog NEWS

or allow me to do so :)

ive fixed this (among other issues) with 3.13-r1
