Description Benjamin Southall 2007-05-04 14:39:22 UTC
This is a version bump for kde-base/libkdeedu which doesn't have 3.5.5 or 3.5.6 versions. It was made in effort to solve http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164729.

Reproducible: Always

We don't bump ebuilds, when the code didn't change from one release to the next. It's pointless.

If the code didn't change, then how come this solves some problem? Are you sure the code didn't change?

Marijn: I wasted three minute of my time running diff on it to ensure we didn't miss anything.
Comment 5 Marijn Schouten (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-05 16:26:52 UTC
Benjamin, in that case a re-emerge of libkdeedu should have the same effect as merging this ``new'' ebuild. I believe you said this indeed fixed your problem?
Comment 6 Benjamin Southall 2007-05-05 21:37:24 UTC
Sorry for wasting your time.
Comment 7 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-05-06 11:05:05 UTC
Forget it Benjamin. Sorry for being stroppy.
