This is a new ebuild for the efax program. It is a simple program used to send and receive fax, without all the complication of hylafax. It is also the basis for several graphical frontends, which makes it a practical inclusion for workstation use. This ebuild is of 0.9a rather than 0.9, but this version is recommended for use by everyone on the package's homepage, particularly in the area of support for winmodems. It has been used extensively by me for two weeks now. Changes to the default build include: 1) respecting CFLAGS in make.conf 2) Use dobin/doman/dodoc instead of make install, as the latter creates an access violation Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
