There is a new version of gspcav1. Ver.:1.00.16 date: 26/04/2007
Can anybudy make the new ebuild? i'll try

kingtaco: Only a bump is needed, current 20070110.ebuild works fine with new driver

Also works on amd64

You don't need to attach a new ebuild equal than current one, only be patient :-)

It would be nice to see 20070508 in portage; this version actually makes my cam look good instead of barely working like the latest version in portage now. All that is needed is an ebuild rename so it should be super easy to get into portage.
