The Manifest file for zsh contains listings for backup files like
zprofile.bak that don't exist.  This causes "emerge zsh" to fail:

!!! A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/app-shells/zsh/files/zprofile.bak

I think the dev just needs to create a new Manifest after the backup
files have been erased.

Reproducible: Always
