The above mirror seems to be way out of date.  I can't find any file newer than
2/22 on the server.

I didn't realize this before, but this server isn't listed as an official mirror on our site.  I haven't heard back from the server admin, either.  

closing bug as invalid since this isn't an official gentoo mirror.
