yamlrb-0.49.2.ebuild (Update)

Using $D in arguments to insinto makes emerge install into /var/tmp, which is

Comment 7 Tom Payne (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2003-09-25 17:51:53 UTC
yamlrb is now included with ruby as of version 1.8.0.
