I would have attached sci-libs:blas-atlas-3.7.30:20070425-180012.log but it's size is 9.2 MB so I'm unsure what to do. That's too big to be in one attachment for sure..

Doh! I did not notice the warnings in pkg_setup. When someone made me aware of them I tried with a static cpu frequency. And of course that worked. I guess that makes it my mistake. Hence resolving as invalid. :|
