Please add ~ppc64 keyword to dev-perl/ExtUtils-XSBuilder.  I was able to successfully compile&install the ebuild by just adding ~ppc64 to KEYWORDS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create overlay directory for the latest ebuild
2.Add ~ppc64 to KEYWORD
3.build digest
4.emerge it
