Bug 17564 – URL mentioned in gentoo-security.xml has recently changed

During an audit on all my translations, I found that an url in
gentoo-security.xml has recently changed. There is no 404, but a "This file has
moved" and an automated redirect.

Reproducible: Always

What exactly was the URL that changed, and what should it be?

It points to "http://www.sans.org/newlook/resources/policies/policies.htm" which will redirect to "http://www.sans.org/resources/policies/".

I've also found a 404-link: "http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/mini/Quota.html" does not exist anymore. This results in showing the tldp.org homepage. It should point to "http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/mini/Quota.html"
