/etc/conf.d/nfs defines NFSSERVER
/etc/rc.conf    defines NFSSERVER

One of them should be removed, as the one in rc.conf overrides the
setting in conf.d/nfs. (causing me no end of confusion:)

fixed on cvs, thanks.

the next release of baselayout will have this change.
