Description Nikolai Semerdjiev 2007-04-18 15:14:37 UTC
Hello,

In the last months we have encounter several hardware and ISP problems. That’s the main reason for the downtime of gentoo.itdnet.net.

For that time we changed our upstream provider and upgraded the hardware. Now we operate with the following hardware: (Pentium 4 3.0 GHz, 2GB RAM) at address 195.238.84.14 and domain name gentoo.bg.

In our present configuration files we sync from rsync.de.gentoo.org.
Our request is, if it is possible to become official Gentoo mirror once again.

So, 212.116.154.54 is no longer available for rsync2.bg.gentoo.org
new ip address is 195.238.84.14

Looks good.

 * Timestamp on distfiles.gentoo.bg is Tue, 08 May 2007 06:08:14 +0000
 * Current time in UTC is Tue May 8 11:29:43 UTC 2007

Thanks for helping out Gentoo. I have added your mirror to our list at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml. Please start syncing from masterdistfiles.gentoo.org as the email I have sent to you instructs. We would like you to subscribe to the gentoo-mirrors Mailing List by sending an email to gentoo-mirrors-subscribe@lists.gentoo.org, as we send out notifications of updates, releases, and changes in policy to the mirrors.
Please also monitor http://mirrorstats.gentoo.org as this application is used to keep track of the up-to-date nature of our mirrors.

Once again, thanks for the hardware and bandwidth!

For Infrastructure,

Shyam Mani
