Description Seppo Yli-Olli 2007-04-17 21:39:35 UTC
I tried to install www-servers/lighttpd-1.4.15 which is the current stable version for amd64. It failed on a digest check. I then thought if something had tampered with my portage so I synced and tried again. Same result. I have -ldap in use flags so it's a bit interesting that the diff that causes the failure is related to ldap api.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =www-servers/lighttpd-1.4.15
Actual Results:
!! A file is not listed in the Manifest: '/usr/portage/www-servers/lighttpd/files/1.4.15/04_all_lighttpd-1.4.13-deprecated-ldap-api.diff'

Expected Results:
I would have expected the stable package to compile. :)

even though you don't have the ldap flag set, you need to verify the correcness of all files in the package (thats what the manifest does).

something is breaking the manifests lately.. it's fixed in cvs. thanks for the report.

regards
Thilo
