I just installed 1.4rc_3 not using ACCEPT_KEYWORDS, and whenever xmms is installed, 
somehow none of the input or output plugins get installed along with it(ie. the mpg123 
plugin or OSS out).   
 
However, installing manually from source with ./configure --prefix=/usr && make && 
make install results in a perfect installation (using the same tarball from 
/usr/portage/distfiles)..

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xmms 
2. xmms & 
 
Actual Results:  
preferences -> input/output plugins is empty 

Expected Results:  
installed the plugins:) (manual source install does)

the new portage and new xmms ebuild fix this
