Since http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=174030 makes it clear that nvidia-legacy-drivers is unmaintained, then lets not fool the users in to thinking that they should actually use nvidia-legacy-drivers.

The resolution in the above mentioned bug means that we should teach all users how to mask unwanted packages.
