latexdiff-0.42 (November 2006) is outt:

A major new feature is RCS and SVN support, which has supplemented the CVS source and which requires a trivial change to the ebuild (patch to come).

Patches latexdiff-0.3.ebuild to latexdiff-0.42.ebuild

The latexdiff distfile is a zip which has no version info.  Previous ebuilds have repackaged it as .tar.gz with version info.  Such an archive is at:
http://arc.nucapt.northwestern.edu/~karnesky/latexdiff-0.42.tar.gz
for convenience.
