Hello, 
 
I'd like to submit 2 ebuilds: 
- the first is an updated version of app-pda/rapip  
   (0.4 -> 0.4.1) Contains minor bugfixes only 
-the second one is a new ebuild: app-pda/perlrapi  
  Version 0.2. It provides the perl bindings for the synce library

Added to portage... perlrapi placed in dev-perl
