Adding the key to cvs.gentoo.org

As cvs.gentoo.org is only reachable through SSH keypair authentification, you need to upload your public key to cvs.gentoo.org. To do so, you must follow the next steps:

Upload the key to dev.gentoo.org and place it in ~/.ssh/authorized_keys 

^This should not apply any more as the key is taken from LDAP.
