Bug 173951 – media-video/totem-2.16.*: elog information should only be shown when USE="-xine" is used

Now, the following elog is ALWAYS shown:
Note that the default totem backend has switched to gstreamer.
DVD menus will only work with the xine backend.

But this elog has no sense when totem has been emerged with USE="xine"
