I tried installing windowmaker right after installing the gentoo stage3.  It brings in a number of X dependencies, but the configure stage fails when searching for libXt.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install stage3 2006.1
2.Configure system
3.emerge windowmaker

Actual Results:  
configure errors out after searching for libXt


Expected Results:  
Should have found all its dependencies
