Very often on this bugzilla there are experimental ebuilds. It is hard to follow new ebuilds, download them etc. Overlays could be autogenerated and, possibly, added to layman (not in a list but to add it by layman -a #123456 or something like that).
We certainly won't be providing autogenerated overlays for unchecked stuff. Many of those are available via some of our overlays, such as http://www.gentoo-sunrise.org/sunrise/, http://overlays.gentoo.org/proj/php/, http://overlays.gentoo.org/proj/webapps/ - *after* they've been reviewed, fixed etc. A dumpspace for whatever someone attached here - definitely not.
