A couple of weeks ago I approached the KDE herd about fixing the license for kde-base/kolourpaint, which is actually BSD, not GPL-2. It was promptly fixed in the tree, yet to this day, packages.gentoo.org continues to list GPL-2. There's something out of sync there. Reproducible: Always
This is likely because the license is changed within the same version of a package which packages.gentoo.org ignores because, well, you're not supposed to do that. Nevertheless it will likely fix itself with the next version bump of that package.
