I've checked the xvidcap.sourceforge.net, and there seems to be a newer version of the package - xvidcap-1.1.5_rc2. It compiles without any problems. So, I guess that the xvidcap-1.1.5_rc1 should be removed from the portage altogether (it is only a release candidate anyway), and 1.1.5_rc2 should be added instead.

Eh, sorry, my gnome-doc-utils was somehow messed up. After reemerge of
app-text/gnome-doc-utils-0.8.0 (/usr/share/xml2po/docbook.py)
- it works again.
