Attached is a new ebuild for 'xtail'  

This is my first ebuild, there are many like it but this one is mine.

Xtail is a handy utility to tail multiple log files or directories at once.  One
of the handy advantages is it will continue tailing even if the files are rotated.

I'm thinking app-admin/xtail would be appropriate.

Let me know if I goofed on anything.
