it seem to be a problem with the config file , i tryed with:
BUSYBOX_CONFIG=/var/tmp/portage....... emerge busybox
but it did the same
so i can't do my update with emerge --update.......

Resolved: I put back CHOST to ==> i386 in /etc/make.conf
Last update the output of emerge was saying to put CHOST to i686
I did and every things was working fine;
for this package emerge try to find gcc to i686......gcc
but the path to gcc is i386.....gcc
so thank you any way and sorry
