Version 3.12 of the MinGW runtime has been released, requesting version bump. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
For 3.10 and 3.11 following reason was given for hardmasking: # This version does not work as the configure script expects the installed # cross-compiler to be able to link binaries ... except we haven't provided # any of the crt objects yet so it is impossible to link binaries. This problem seems to be solved in 3.12 as after unmerging w32api and mingw-runtime both built cleanly and are able to compile valid win32 code.

Created attachment 115243 [details] Updated patch (mandir had to get a DESTDIR in front)
As w32api-3.9 is allready commited, I assume this one was forgotten. Or are there any issues?
Created attachment 115446 [details] ~x86 enabled ebuild, since the linking problems are apparently gone
