I've installed neti on 2 computers. Eack install failed with wecking for pcap.h... no configure: error: Header file pcap.h not found; if you installed libpcap The work around was easy, just " emerge libpcap neti " Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge neti 2. 3.
