The list of emails which have been sent out after every bug change also includes bugbot@landfill.bugzilla.org

If it is intentional, then sorry for spam, if not then please fix it ;)

Hmmm? Anyone can watch any bugs, what's the problem with this? If someone wants to receive all the loads of bugspam, why should we prevent them?

Not a bug.
bugbot from Bugzilla is actually properly using bugzilla, and has been configured by it's owners to watch all public aliases.
