mailx-support doesn't provide a mail.local command contrary to the
DESCRIPTION field in the ebuild.  Sucks to be me, because I wanted it
just for that :(

Sorry about that. Description updated.

For mail.local, you want mailutils and it's installed in /usr/libexec.
