This patch adds a local use flag, vstream, which enables support for streaming hacked TiVo video to mplayer over the network. This bug depends on bug #172374, the ebuild for vstream-client, which I just submit.

Its already in there, tivo use flag, even though vstream isn't in the tree, with it on, mplayer's configure will autodetect it if it's installed manually.
