baselayout (all versions up to 1.13.0_alpha12) rcscripts to /$(get_libdir), but lots of its installed scripts still refer to /lib/rcscripts. Here is a quick list:

This will be fixed in baselayout-2

this isnt a critical issue for baselayout-1 systems as it doesnt cause problems, so backporting doesnt gain anything

This IS fixed in baselayout-2, so closing.
