Sorry for submitting this as a bug, but I couldn't find a better way of contacting the bugzilla team.  Perhaps you could put a more visible option in bugzilla for deleting accounts?  In the meanwhile, I would be grateful if you could delete this account.

Hi Michael,

just stumbled accross this bug by accident. With standard bugzilla installations, it is not possible to delete user accounts:

thayer: I'm disabling your account in a moment, but there is no deletion possible nor happening. It messes with the internal data inter-relations badly.
