The attached ebuild fixes gstreamer sandbox access violations during
compilation when building the gtkdocs.
It introduces the "doc" use variable, and conditionally installs the
documentation.

gstreamer-0.10.14 allready installs prebuilt gtk-docs, no need to rebuild them
