confuse isn't stable on amd64 yet, which is why I haven't requested it on that arch (but yes, I do run it there as well with no issues...) x86 and ppc teams, can we please mark tilda 0.9.4 stable?

I think you misunderstood - dev-libs/confuse isn't stable on amd64 so until that goes stable on amd64, I can't ask amd64 to stable this package.
