configure.in:49: version mismatch. This is Automake 1.9.6,
configure.in:49: but the definition used by this AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE
configure.in:49: comes from Automake 1.7.9. You should recreate
configure.in:49: aclocal.m4 with aclocal and run automake again.

Comment 1 Daniel Gryniewicz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-03-23 16:12:25 UTC
This works fine here, and the ebuild does set WANT_AUTOMAKE correctly, and has the correct automake dep. Do you have automake-1.7 installed? Do you have a WANT_AUTOMAKE in your environment? Are you sure the gtk+ ebuild is coming from portage and not an overlay?
Comment 2 Mike Russo 2007-03-23 20:14:49 UTC
Argh - I'm soo sorry. I forgot I'd modified amwrapper for a broken ebuild that didn't set WANT_AUTOMAKE correctly. Works fine with original amwrapper. :( Thank you for looking into it and I'll not screw up again.
Comment 3 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2007-03-24 02:27:38 UTC
Ok, closing the bug then :)
