I really miss the lircmd init script.

I modified the lircd script and it seems to work, attaching it...

Reoponing this bug cause it has been incorrectly marked duplicate previously. The original intention was to bring all the lirc-related bugs together but unfortunately while the "tracking" bug was closed, some of the the "sub-bugs" still remain unsolved... :-(
