Bug 171446 – Update gentoolkit guide to reflect gentoolkit-0.2.3

Since gentoolkit-0.2.3 is now stable, now is a good time to update the guide.  I would like to see sections added that address utilizing eclean and eread.  

Additionally, Some of the equery listings need to be updated and I would like to add some verbage/caveats on how equery can differ from the results from portage.

Certainly. Can you provide some examples?

Of course.  I mainly opened the bug so that I wouldn't forget about it and to have people like you nag me for the info.

I've been trying to work on gentoolkit at least an hour a day, so as I get things written, I will submit them on the bug for editing and inclusion into the handbook.
