xsmbrowser: a smb browser with preview function, so you can see the contents of a dir without need to mount it before. you can also transfer single files (without the need to mount before). it's possible to define different networks with wins server, broadcast ... only bad thing: no source avaible, there is just a tar.gz from the developer's homepage, and he seems to do anything further, and refuses to give the source Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

find somebody else; i am not interested _AT_ALL_ in processing the incoming "bin" anymore. Any "bugs" thus sent to me will be summarily returned.
so what should i do to get this ebuild into portage?
I'm sorry about this Qubax. I'm looking for someone else to handle this. I didn't realise woodchip wasn't interested. Woodchip -- in the future, I would appreciate a personal mail updating me on your status.
Thanks for your submission Qubax. XSMBrowser is an expect script, so there aren't sources to compile. Therefore it can be installed in /usr/bin. It also has a few missing dependancies. I've already fixed these problems. I'm gonna do some more testing, and, barring any nasty problems, will probably commit it in the next day or so. :)
net-misc/xsmbrowser-3.4.0 has been committed, with KEYWORDS="~x86". Thanks again, Qubax.
