picture preview doesn't work. If the picture object of a person is double clicked, the picture dialog opens and shows the picture correctly, after closing also the person dialog shows the preview correctly. Next time using gramps it doesn't.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. double click a person
2. double click the picture frame
3. press OK

Actual Results:  
preview is showed after step 3.

Expected Results:  
preview should be showed after step 1.

Massimo, does 2.2.9 have still this problem?
