"For the ability to edit song tags, tagpy and taglib are required. 
For automatic fetching of song lyrics, SOAPpy is required."

Maybe appropriate useflags like tags and lyrics can be added...

Adds use flags for tags and lyrics

This patch adds the proposed tags and lyrics use flags and pulls in the correct libraries for tagpy and soappy respectively.

We will need ppc64 to keyword dev-python/tagpy first.

InCVS, tag USE flag changed to tagwriting, as there are two more uses of this flag elsewhere.
