there is nothing in his disabled text, he should be able to log in.  Assigning to right people

Uhm, not sure what's going on, but although the settings in my mail preferences seems to be correct, I'm not receiving mail from Bugzilla even after unlock.
No the problem is not with my mail system, beside not having touched it since I retired, I already checked it.
