Bug 17063 – ebuild for cweb LaTeX class

This ebuild is for a LaTeX class called "cweb", which allows CWEB code to be
written for LaTeX rather than straight TeX. (CWEB itself is in dev-util/cweb).

I've used the latex-package eclass, with one ammendment to copy a required .tex
file to the package's directory.

This ebuild also uses a patch from Debian which I found on CTAN. Apparently this
patch is required for newer versions of LaTeX (i.e. post 1996).

I've tested it on x86 and mips, but it should work on any arch where tetex works.

An update:  we're waiting for some improvements to portage, then I will add this 
package into a new category, something like app-latex.  Thanks for your patience!
