mysql-4.x was unmasked, all well and good but ...

libwww has a blocker against mysql-4.x, but not mysql-3.x ...
but mysql-4.x is not labeled as a blocker for libwww ...
(also, libwww has this: !>=mysql-4 ... technically, that is *not* a valid DEPEND atom)

i managed to update to mysql-4.x because it had an update ... but now i cant
update/reemerge libwww ...
