media-libs/ploticus does not have the amd64 keyword. If i manually add it to the ebuild, ploticus installs and works fine (the ploticus website says so too)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge ploticus

Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies -

!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- media-libs/ploticus-2.33 (masked by: missing keyword)
- media-libs/ploticus-2.32 (masked by: missing keyword)


Expected Results:  
installation of ploticus

I can confirm ploticus-2.33 is compiling and working just fine on AMD64.
