I compile gimp-print 4.2.5-r1 with USE="-nls" and for some reason it wasn't
working. While looking through configure I noticed this 

checking build system type... Invalid configuration `${myconf}': machine
`${myconf}' not recognized

apparently the 3 new lines added in r1 that check the gimp version and set the
sysconfdir accordingly weren't working right. For some reason, using ' instead
of " messed something up and the ${myconf} variable wasn't working right. I
changed them over and that fixed the problem.
